The acronym SHG (Strictly High Grown) specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude of around 1350 metres. The altitude and low temperatures mean that the fruit ripens more slowly and this leads to a coffee with a greater complexity of aromas in the cup.
Sensory analysis
This coffee releases a fruity aroma and a caramel taste. Medium acidity. Full-bodied and liqueur-like with a smooth finish.
