Quality
Sidamo is the region in Ethiopia where coffee originated and is characterised by high plateaus with altitudes from 1500 to 2200 metres. Here, coffees grow more slowly and therefore have more time to absorb nutrients and develop stronger, more decisive aromas.
Sensory analysis
This is a well-balanced coffee with notes reminiscent of spices and flowers accompanied by a complex and pleasant acidity that allows for extraordinary aromatic sensations. Soft on the palate, the bitterness is very light and the aftertaste decidedly elegant.
