Quality
Colombia Supremo Coffee is cultivated on the slopes of the central Cordillera of the Andes. Colombia is the world’s second largest producer of Arabica, after Brazil.
Sensory analysis
The sensory profile denotes a coffee of good freshness and complexity. The peaks that most characterise its aroma are those of flowers, with hints of honey and beeswax, and that of cereals, with hints of toasted bread and biscuits.
The spice tip also stands out: pepper, nutmeg, cloves, but also tea, liquorice and tobacco.
