PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the operational headquarters located in Albenga, Regione Bottino 1/M. Data processing is carried out only by personnel of the Office in charge of data processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations of the information systems.

The data are processed by staff specifically appointed in writing to process the data (administrative staff and public relations staff also external to the Company, information systems management staff also external to the Company who may also perform the functions of system administrator and are in that case appointed as such, marketing staff also external to the Company, trainees, data processors and their collaborators, persons in charge of the specific sector to which a request is addressed, site management staff also external to the Company) only if the processing is necessary for the performance of their duties, performing only the operations necessary for the performance of those duties. They may also be processed by data processors (including companies external to the Company that perform shipping, marketing, and server management and storage). RETENTION TIMES

With reference to Art. 6 of the Regulation, the data subject may revoke any consent given at any time.
