Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, hereinafter “Regulation”),La Genovese SAS DI BOREA ALESSANDRO as Data Controller informs you that it will proceed to the processing of personal data supplied by you for the purchase of products online (hereinafter “Products”), in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data and mainly in electronic form.
